Black Jack® Roof & Foundation Coating is a liquid applied, brushable, asphalt based coating designed to seal and protect worn roof surfaces. This coating can also be used to damp-proof and protect exterior foundation walls.

Gardner® 012-GA Non-Fibered Foundation & Roof Coating
A thin liquid applied coating designed to seal and penetrates exterior concrete and masonry surfaces while providing a moisture barrier. It can also be used as an anti-corrosive coating for below grade steel or metal piping.
